1. are everlasting roses living flowers?

Yes, everlasting roses are live flowers that, thanks to a stabilisation process, remain fresh for 2 years. The stabilisation process involves cutting down a live rose/peony in the right bloom, and subjecting it to a chemical treatment: displacing the natural juices from the live flowers and replacing them with a chemical mixture with glycerine, so that the flowers do not wither for a long time. The stabilisation process is carried out under controlled conditions/laboratories.

2. what happens to the everlasting roses after time has passed?

Everlasting roses begin to wither naturally after about 2 years (if cared for according to instructions).

3 How do you look after everlasting roses?

Everlasting roses do not require care. Everlasting roses should not be: water them, take them out of the box, touch them excessively. However, they should be avoid placing them in direct sunlight and close to heat sources.

4. how to look after live flowers in a box (Flower Box)

Avoid placing live flowers in sunny areas and close to heat sources. The live flowers are placed in a special florist sponge, from which they draw water. After 2 days, a small amount of water can be poured gently between the flowers to further soak the florist sponge.

5. how to care for live flowers (bouquet)

Place the flowers in a vase of water, do not put them in sunny places or close to heat sources. After 3-5 days, the stems can be cut at an angle to allow the flowers to take up water better.

6. Can I choose a specific date for flower delivery?

When placing your order, it is possible to choose a delivery date. 8. will the flowers not be damaged during shipping?

We pack the flowers safely so that they arrive intact to the customer/client.

9. What courier are the flowers sent by?

Flowers on the territory of Warsaw are delivered by our local supplier. For locations outside of Warsaw, there is a choice of courier: UPS or InPost parcel delivery.

(10) Are all available products shipped within Poland and abroad?

Eternal roses and artificial flowers are shipped throughout Poland and the EU.
Live flowers are delivered exclusively in Warsaw and the surrounding area.
